Preview Contact Media Store/The Media Director Queue is empty

Hello, guys.

I have EMC with properly working email queues, and I need to make preview contact outbound. I have created program with schedule. Create a VDN with skill/split and phantom extensions in CM. When I try to load new interactions i can see message:

The Media Director Queue ID of program(campaign)#9cb322ff-7808-4a77-bb36-744b3d347e3c is empty. The work item will not be created

Have you ever face same problem?

Hi,

You need to mention media director queue id in schedule of PCMS program. So that when we upload interactions it will refer to it and queue them to MD queue.
