    Not able to access CMS 16.1 using supervisor R17

    Not able to access CMS

    Windows : 7
    supervisor : R17
    CMS server : 16.1

    Error : connection specified to the CMS server was dropped

    I can access the server using the SSH 22 .

    I suspect something to do with windows telnet setting .


    Need suggestion

    Hi,

    On Windows PC, we just need telephony services to be running.

    Also make sure, telnet services are running on CMS server.

    If stilleverything is good, please riase a Sr with Avaya support team so that we can look into it.
