Problem with acr External Control Interface

Hi
I'm trying to manage recording for some stations. But I can't negotiate HELLO messages.
I receive 1 HELLO ACRcapture XXXXX
then I send:
2 HELLO 12345#27
and receive :
1 ERROR DESC:1002: PARM:"RECORD":

The acr vertion is 10.1.
Can someone help me with this?

I would suggest you raise Support ticket. So that we can check ACR DEBUG logs to analyze the incoming Hello Request and how acr is handling the same, Based on that we will be able to provide some feedback.
