I use LDAP Settings and Avaya Aura® Experience Portal 6.0

Connection Settings :
URL ldap://172.24.26.6/
Users uid=aep,ou=users,dc=nari,dc=local
User DN Pattern uid={0},ou=Users,dc=NARI,dc=LOCAL

it's OK, but I don't authentication with AD login and Password

A lot of other things have to configured apart from these settings. for example, on the same page, just below these settings, there are setting for user entry. All those have to be filled. You may have to check that with your exchange server engineer.
