BCMR How to get call detailed report of abandoned calls

How can we get call detailed report with called id, date time of abandoned calls in Call Center elite with CM 6.0.

From the query it looks to be for Contact Center Elite with CM 6.0, however the heading says BCMRD. Could you please confirm?
