    Log out IP PHONE 1150 AVAYA

    Hello Everybody:
    Before upgrade AACC 6.2 to 6.4 and Cs1K MG 7.5 to Cs1K E 7.65 agents could log in pressing key 0 and then he login ID, and for log out they pressed twice Make Busy. After upgrade they must press Make Busy, key 0 and then the login ID but they cannot log out pressed twice Make Busy. I know that the manual said that after press Make Busy key we have to disconnect the headset.

    Any Ideas please.
