    Avaya CMS Supervisor 16.x error 429

    I cant Lunch Avaya CMS Supervisor 16.x (any 16 version) on Windows 7

    In event logs:

    version 17 starts ok but is not compatible with a server on the other end.

    Any ideas?

    Error 429 is explained in the readme that comes with Supervisor which basically asks you to run the reg.bat file, however you'll be better off using R17. R17 will connect to older CMS releases, you just need to make sure you have the correct release selected in the Server Properties form.

      hi thanx for the answer but of course I have tried the readme file fixes but did not help in my case.

        Hi,

        Is issue happening only on one PC or it ia happening for all PC's?

        I will suggets following:

        Uninstall supervisor and install it again .Windows 7 is supported on r16 supervsior so it should work.

        In case still you are not able to open it, please raise SR with Avaya support so that we can look into it.
