    Colleagues, faced with the problem that when loading sheet popping bugs:

    Deviations ACCOUNTS
    Unable to open file management report: /opt/avaya/pds/reportgen/days-list888.rept
    Deviations ACCOUNTS
    Unable to open file management report: /opt/avaya/pds/reportgen/reject-list888.rept
    Deviations ACCOUNTS
    Unable to open file management report: /opt/avaya/pds/reportgen/release-list888.rept
    Hashing call list
    clhash - successfully treated for a list of 'list888' field 'COUNTR' 57 records
    Phoned SPISOK prepared for Phoned - list888

    And second, after installing patches 384,388,392 and install a new loсale.сfg PDS after 7 hours freezes (can not stop the task, add nelyaz lines) helps to reboot and then only for 30 minutes.

    Hi morga

    The alerts which you are seeing are not the bug, it is the indication that previous created report files are no more active or archive from that location.

    Regarding the issue with Locale.cfg, i would like to update you if it is Russian Locale.cfg and you are trying to add newly introduce Russian Area code in that through locale_ed tools, then it will get hung or stuck into the memory , it is the known situation with Russian Locale.cfg.

    Note: For Adding/Editing New Russian Area code under locale.cfg it is suggested not to use locale_ed , as this tool having some limitation due to which new AREA CODE as per Russia requirement can't be added directly, there is some manual changes would require, hence suggested you to approch Avaya Support or APS (Avaya Professional Services)
