Multichannel Virtual Agent

Hello!

I am installing Multichenel in the laboratory. Now I configure Virtual Agent and faced with the following problem: Virtual Agent can only log on a real phone. I tried different types of virtual phones: 9630, Virtual, CTI - nothing works. Maybe somebody knows - this is how it should work? Or am I wrong tune Virtual Agent? Please help me.

thank you for your answer to my question.

I'm install the EMC 6.4. Trying to set up a functional Virtual Agent. I'm create for virtual agent virtual extension.


I tried different types of virtual extensions (X, CTI, virtual). Virtual Agent is not registered on this extension.



Once I'm using the real extension





Virtual Agent registered and operating correctly.



Tell me how to set up job Virtual Agent and virtual extension?
