    Hello,

    We are going for an upgrade from r16ab.g to r16.3 eg.k ( sun SPARC).This is a HA site,so 2 servers .
    I believe this should go through a Database upgrade and data migration upgrade.Right?? But i dont find one in support site.
    Can you please share the relevant document for the upgrade

    From 16 to 16.3, you will need Database Upgrade and Data Migration. Please follow below document for the same:

      16.3eg.k is not available on Support site. You have manage these DVD from Avaya or Your Local Avaya Support.

        I am looking for a CMS report to capture true default time. AUX 0 includes so many variables and we are just trying to capture the true default time for an agent. We are looking for a way to get the time difference between when an agent logs in and when they become available to take calls (auto in). We have a team of about 110 agents and I think that we are losing a significant amount of time daily. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

          Hi SS,
          were you able to succesfully get the system up after the solaris patches.we had difficult time with the reboot post solaris patches script runs and this never came up.we had to scratch build the server.
