Anyone who knows about CMS R15 shows MBUSY issue? We are supporting a 24/7 operating call center and we were advised that busy out /release is an effective way to resolve the case, however it is critical as it will cause downtime to end of the customer
that we are trying to prevent from happening although it is 2 sec only.
If we ahve a 0.6% to 34% Mbusy values, is this normal? any alternate solution that you may be able to advised?
