I have one of my customer reported an issue wherein they are unable to schedule a CCMA backup on AACC server. CCMS,CCT backup works fine without any issues, even the Run Now option on CCMA backup works fine(immediate backup). Once we schedule a CCMA backup I expect a schedule task to be displayed in BACKUP/RESTORE page and another event on Windows Task scheduler which I am not able to see on customer site. I feel that Administrator doesn’t have enough access to create schedule backup. Upon checking the site we noticed that they are running on SP11 and UAC under local security option was enabled. As per AACC doc it is suggested to disable the UAC option but customer is not ready to perform that as “UAC is an integral part of the security policy baked into our 2008 build.”
They would like to know if there is any alternate way to make CCMA schedule backup working without disabling UAC??
