    CMS VDN Interval Report

Does anyone know of a way to force the VDN interval reports in CMS to display every interval regardless of whether there was data captured or not during that interval? Just have it display 0s across the board if no data was collected for that interval? Right now it will display 0s for calls that "Arrived" but didn't queue and will display stats for calls that did queue, but then there will be complete intervals where it skips, I am assuming because there were no calls at all that hit the VDN.

Odd I know, but i have an end user that complains about this. I can see how this can become a huge pet peeve when you are running reports and having to copy and paste everything from CMS into spreadsheets to compile the data. You can see in the image... even though I set the timeframe to 00:00-23:30, it will only start displaying data when it has data to show and will skip complete intervals.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

CMS is working as design. Report display data in report if database table column have any data.

If no call hit, nothing will be shown for those intervals. 0 and null are different things in database. If nothing is showing in report it means null but if 0 is coming it means a number.

    I hope it helps.

That is what I figured, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask! Thank you very much...
