I have a user that has an issue when he receive a Work Item (email). He can answered the emial by clicking in wathever part of the email. It is happening in all the client machines on we have installed cce dsktop or reporting module.
We know that the documentation says that a WorkItem can be answered by clicking in the answer button or on the workitem alert.
does anyone knows ow can be changed like the documentation says?
