We are going to upgrade from R16.3 eg.a to R17. This will be a CUE upgrade.
That being said,the dvds with below comcodes have been mentioned by Avaya for the CUE upgrade kit.
272032 -----> for HDWR UPG X4270
700510061 ------> CMS R17 R4 CUE SOFTWARE FOR UPGRADES CD/DVD, SOFTWARE ONLY
But none of the PCNs for CMS r16.3eg.a or R17 show up these comcodes.
Could you please provide us the relevant document with this comcode and also the link to the CUE upgrade doc from R16.3eg.a to R17.
