hi,

for cue upgrde from r16.3 to r17
on r16 we have netra x4720 i86pc .For upgrading to R17 we need to upgrade hardware too.
what is the procedure.?
should we upgrade platform first and then run cue upgrade?
any supporting document to upgrade Netra x4720?

Hi,

If you follow CUE upgrade link share yesterday, it should cover each details.

Documents provide details about Netra X4270 so I don't think you need platform upgrade.

The following parts are delivered to the customer’s site:
● Disk drives for your particular hardware configuration:
- Four disk drives for the Sun T5120 4-core
- Eight disk drives for the Sun T5220 and T5120 8-core
- Eight disk drives for the Sun SPARC T4-1
- Two disks for the Sun Netra X4270

Thank you so much.The document implies this is a one shot CUE upgrade and doesnt need any sort of platform upgrade.
