Avaya CMS Supervisor - we can only run this on wireless connection, it seems that our wired connection is blocked. did we install the app wrong? does anyone know what is wrong?

Hi,
Supervisor is desktop application and if it working over wifi, it should properly work on wire-connection.Most probably you need to check from network side.
Couple of things which can be seen to fix it:
1. Check if gateways for wire and wifi are same?
2. Is there any change of DNS when you can try with each of them?
3. Ping and is if it reaching to CMS over wire connection.

What version of CMS are you using, if it is a newer version of CMS...and web reports are open..Try to connect to CMS via a web page on wired connection...This will show it is the actuall network connection or the app that is being blockedComment
