Can we integrate Verint Speech analytics with Avaya WFO.

Answer this questions effectively we would need to know the version of the Avaya WFO system that you are using. one of the following should answer your question.

If Avaya WFO version is 12:
Avaya WFO Version 12 comes with Avaya branded speech analytics and you can choose to use the same
If Avaya WFO version is 11 :

yes you can integrate Verint speech anlaytics with Avaya WFO. There are some pre-requist componenet that you may need to get the integration work. Verint would be able to provide details of the same.
