I work in Process Improvement and I was handed Avaya and asked to see what I could do with it. I am quite familiar with VBA and I have working code for what my needs are, but I have one issue.
Whether I run the report manually or if I run my macro, anytime I save the file with a .xlsx extension it pops up as corrupted when I try to open it in Excel. If I save it as .xls I can at least get it to open and repair, but this pretty much puts a large kink into automation.
For reference:
Running Avaya CMS Supervisor 16.3
Excel 2010
Windows 7
Trying to run daily Login/Logout (Skill) reports
I have tried googling and searched through the forum, but haven't found anybody else with this problem. Please let me know if you need more information or if I need to post this in a different forum!
