Trying to make basic reports run, and after delete my newest JRE and install the old required version JRE 1.4.2_12 I was finally able to install reporting support files. Could run the applet, but when I try real time reports and choose service classes everything is blank.
Another question, could I run JRE 1.4.2_12 and newest JRE, and somehow create an environment variable for OA to use?
Avaya will always has it's own required JRE and Java would continue update theirs.
How could I proceed here?
