Not sure if this question belongs to this forum, As I thought its the more suitable one and hence posting here.
My question is, can it be possible to collect the call context data sent by 3rd party (hosted solution by other vendor) network IVR and we need to provide screen pop with that call context data?
If possible, what would be the ideal solution to do this?
Currently we have CM, SBC, SM, SysM and AES that are running in our contact center and we need to integrate this with 3rd Party (Network IVR solution by different vendor) network IVR which runs on SIP. Is there any settings we need to do to get that data for the screen pop?
