Hi Avaya team,

In the HA CMS,apart from settings in the PBX,does the professional services team install the HA sync package in the HA menu?

How do we have to procure this from Avaya?

Hi,

Yes, APS team will install HA script with admin sync package.

Please engage your Account Manager so that he/she can work internally in Avaya to engage APS. Please be notified that it can be billable as APS work on project basis.
