Does anyone know why IPO creates two user accounts for the same extension number when you create new agents in CCMA? When this happens, of course users can't use login to AAAD. Is there a way to prevent this from happening in IPO? Do the ACCS user accounts in IPO have to be created in CCMA and pushed to IPO? It's making adding ACCS to an existing IPO infrastructure frustrating as all extensions and user accounts already exist in IPO.
