    IP Office ACCS - Users

    Does anyone know why IPO creates two user accounts for the same extension number when you create new agents in CCMA? When this happens, of course users can't use login to AAAD. Is there a way to prevent this from happening in IPO? Do the ACCS user accounts in IPO have to be created in CCMA and pushed to IPO? It's making adding ACCS to an existing IPO infrastructure frustrating as all extensions and user accounts already exist in IPO.

    could anyone help to fix this issue, i checked all configs at CM but no luck

      Hello,

      I configurated in IPO the users for the phone, and in CCMA the users to log in in the AAAD. Are two diferents but log in in two diferents device. Softphone or hardphone and the AAAD.
