Is there any way to get report on Email contacts in AACC?

AACC provides standard out of the box reports for Multimedia contacts as well.

Contacts Closed by Reason Code
Contacts Closed by Skillset
Contacts Details
Contacts Outstanding Detail
Contacts Outstanding Summary
Contacts Received by Skillset

if you are looking for a Multimedia Contact report for a particular contact, then you should check out the "Contacts Details" report.
