    CCE MS CRM Connector doesn't workable

    Hi,
    I have to try all setting on MS CRM Connector for CCE Desktop. I face problem as detail below.
    1. Webservice Directly: It's exact condition for searching.
    2. Phonebook Synchronizer: It's slow for screen popup (delay about 3-4 ring) at 500,000 records on phonebook (ASContact).
    3. Rule: It's complicate with "not found" (new contact) and "found multi" contact case.

    Do you have any idea or another solution? Please kindly suugest to me.
