Hello All,
We are experiencing different behavior where we unable to login to VPMS web interface for all login attempts.
Its a AAEP-7.0.1 on Avaya-Enterprise-Linux-6.5.64 platform - single server implementation.
Newly installed system.
Initially thought while installing vpinstall we forget or mistyped the username/password and used the install../iso (mounted) and used the Utilities\vpusermanage tool to create a temp password.
Used the temp password in chrome browser it didn't worked.
Closed and reopened in firefox, it worked.
This happened for 2 or 3 attempts.
Now,i am connecting via VPN the behavior happening, and this time its not opening either in chrome or in firefox.
The vpms(ActiveMQ)/appserver/mpp all are in running status.
The Avaya AEP Troubleshooting steps also tried.
ISO installed-environment:
===================
--POM.03.00.01.00.150-r21471-x86_64.iso/POM301GAPatch.zip/PomPDCInstallerSite_3.0.0.148.jar
--7.0.1.0.1601_Linux.iso -- AEP-7.0..1
Thanks & Regards
