Hi,

We are using AES 6.1.1 & having DMCC license for recording. There is an issue in which we are getting the start RTP event & Stop RTP event on recorder in a second post putting the call on hold. Can any one help us in resolving this?

We would like to know the more details. Once the call is established, media start event would be sent and once the call is put on hold a media stop event will be sent. Once the call is retrieved another media start event sent.
We need to understand what were the agent actions. I would suggest raising case with support team so that DMCC traces can be anlaysed.
