    LDAP querys in One-X agent

    Here is my problem:

    When finding contact in public directory, it takes to much time.
    I have discovered that the query in One-X agent is like if the chain to find for example "avaya", is sent like *avaya*, so it gives all the results with the chain avaya in all of the fields avaliable in the ldap server.

    However in One-X communicator only gives results from the field selected and only the users that starts with the chain avaya

    Is it posible to change this behaviour?
    Id like not to take that amount of time finding contacts
