Empty files for one day

CMS.docxThe application has been running successfully since it was implemented. But over weekend, we did a dot release upgrade to CMS, we had some issues and on analyzing, the files for 10/23 is empty and has only the column header.

On the attched screenshot, you can notice the file size for 10/23 is very less compared to the other days and this is from the ftp site that was set up for Avaya CMS files. What do I need to do restore that file?

Hi,

I will suggest following to look more into issue:

1. Firstly check if CMS daily tables have data. You can count number of rows to check data.

If daily tables, do not have data, check for h tables(hagent, hsplit). If hagent have data, run data summarization for that day. If no data in any table, it seems CMS had not collected data may be due to link issue or harchiver issue.

If CMS had collected data, and no issue is seen in CMS reports, every third party have its own way to restore missing data. Please contact admin of third party application for same.
