AAAD Skillset call went transfer, keep busy the original agent.

    AAAD Skillset call went transfer, keep busy the original agent.

    Went a agent recieve a Call and transfer the call, the AAAD keep busy and cannot recieve a new call. Went drop the Call, release the AAAD en original agent recieve the call.
    The agents are using the Win Comunicator with the AAAD. Any tip??

    can you please be more specific in the issue details?

    The scenario look like the Agent1 receives a Skillset call, Answers it. Agent1 is transfering the call to Agent2 however Agent2 is busy/Unavailable. Agent1 cannot receive the call untill the "FastBusy" tone is completed. if this is the case, then this is working as designed.
