    Real-time service level for group skills

    Hi, I am trying to create some new real-time monitoring scripts. Currently I have a list of skills showing their real-time service level individually but I was wondering is it possible to show the service level for a group of skills combined? I am using CMS Supervisor V17

      Hi,

      You can try to customized report to have multi skills input.

      Please reach out to Avaya Professional services for the customization. They can come up with report to give range for the skills.

      Please be notified that they work on project basis and may be billable.
