Extracting WEB Chat transcripts

Has anyone been successful in extracting the web chat transcripts from the multi media server directly. If so what process did you use? Trying to extract and sent to a data warehouse.

Can you please more details on the Avaya CC products you are using for same? It will help to get response from product expert.
