We are running CMS Supervisor > History > Designer report > custom report.
Currently when we run 1 month of reporting at a time and paste the data into a spreadsheet, the only issue is that the data it exports is not consistent, when we export data into CSV format into an excel sheet it is in the following format.
Monday - Friday : 44 Rows of data
Saturday : 36 Rows of data
Sundays : 32 Rows of data
The issue is, if we have a public holiday the report will omit that day entirely instead of providing 44 rows of 0's or Blank entries.
What we would like is when we set the time & date range for the report as Monday - Sunday 6:00am to 5:00pm, that it exports an entry on everyday for each 15 minute interval so there will be a consistent 44 rows of data Monday-Sunday regardless of weekend\public holiday or daylight savings.
Can anyone assist?
