POM 3.0 System Completion Codes

Hi Everybody!!!

It is posible (like Proactive Contact) to definy my own System Completion Codes, like Answering Machine etc... in Proactive Outreach Manager?

Is there a configuration file (like compcontact.cfg or somethingh like that in POM 3.0???

There is an option to add custom completion codes on the POM. Answer machine code is already provided as default.

All the configuration related to completion code can be done from the web page itself.

but, for example, some times ISDN gives a code that POM "understand" as No answer, but actually the POm must understand as Busy ...just an example

tha the reason why I ask if it is posible to customice the default completion codes, as for example, Busy Tone.

example:

I would like that if I recieve ISDN code 17, 18 and 19 --> POM gives me Busy Tone

POM depends on the AAEP to get the completion codes and AAEP depends on the tones that are interpreted by the switch -- if you notice any such scenarios where the switch is detecting the completion code properly from the ISDN but AAEP/POM isn't - then you may open a ticket with our Support team and we can look into it.
