    CCE Work Item Creation Plug in

    I have observed a behavior with the Work Item Creation Plug that seems a bit odd. There are ~20 email queues 3/4 of which are stopped and not polling for new emails. Yet on the client side in the work item creation, only 11 queues show up (some of which are queues that are stopped). We have attempted to tweak programs and schedules and bouncing the various services with no luck. When we add a new email queue to the EMS it does show up on the client side. There is really no configuration for this plug in and usually works out of the box.

    We just applied the newest version of R4 4.1.4 Patch 1 recently and after the patch this issue came up. I rolled the client back to see if was a defect on the client side with no luck.

    It seems that the data for this plug in is delivered from the MD via the media proxy yet I am not seeing any errors on the EMS, MD or clients that point to this plug in.

    Any pointers? Has anyone that has gone to this version seen similar behaviors?

    Never mind. We figured it out.. It was the CCE Outbound tab in the Program settings that was changed and caused the issue.

      Under Tools in CCE Desktop is the Refresh Outbound option so you don't need to bounce things.
