I have an issue with CCE Preview Dialler Database.
If you delete a record from the interactions list in the CCE Control Panel (To keep it tidy), the interaction record and call stats etc remain in the ASMSData1 database. However, all of the associated data for that record is lost.
The associated data includes Address, contact number, campaign name etc. This is data we are going to need to pull out again, especially the campaign data.
My question is, Is there a way to stop it deleting the associated data?
Any advice on this would be appreciated.
