    CCE ASMSData Issue

    I have an issue with CCE Preview Dialler Database.
    If you delete a record from the interactions list in the CCE Control Panel (To keep it tidy), the interaction record and call stats etc remain in the ASMSData1 database. However, all of the associated data for that record is lost.
    The associated data includes Address, contact number, campaign name etc. This is data we are going to need to pull out again, especially the campaign data.

    My question is, Is there a way to stop it deleting the associated data?

    Any advice on this would be appreciated.

    You can certainly delete the cache data from ASMSData.dbo.InteractionStates table for the specific work item(s). However, this will leave orphan records in ASMSData1. This is why when deleting an work item via CP, it removes any associated records for that work item. Any reason why you wold like to leave associated data?
