Is it possible to prevent an agent from searching for contacts worked on by other agents? The only option I have found so far is Agent Skillset Partitioning, which is described as:
• When you enable Agent Skillset Partitioning, an agent searching for contacts see matching
contacts only in the skillsets that the agent is assigned to.
• When you enable Agent Skillset Partitioning, an agent searching for contacts see matching
contacts only in the skillsets that the agent is assigned to.
