CCE Agent Events in CM 6

Has anyone integrated CCE R5 with CM 6? We have a case open now trying to isolate what exactly needs to be switched on in the CM to get agent events. In CM 5 you could do a "List crm" and that command is no longer recognized in CM 6 from we can tell. Support is also saying that Agent Events is now being called Proprietary ASAI in CM 6. Can anyone confirm this?

Just wanted to ask in case someone has already figured out the trick.

For the confirmation of Agent Events in CM 6.0 , would request to raise a ticket with the Avaya support with solution element CM/S8700

Yeah... Ticket already opened. Trying to get a trial license produced with ASAI proprietary to see if that will fix the issue or not.

Is the CTI Link an ADJ-IP link type? AES TSAPI and CCE should always get Agent Events when setup correctly.

The ADJLK/Proprietary Links feature in CM should not make a difference, but should be enabled by features in the CCE purchase codes. If the entitlements from the CCE order are applied to CM license, that should enable the features in CM.
