We are using a screenpop application in AACC Multimedia 6.4. We can pass the CLID, skillset and Contact ID. However, we cannot pass any other intrinsic such as the CfmContact ID (which includes the UCID). We've programmed other intrinsics in the basic screenpop page. We can see the CfmContact ID as part of the AAAD raw intrinsics AND we can locate it in the AAAD log file (so we know it's being generated), but we cannot pass it to our screenpop for some reason. Any ideas on what to check? Thanks in advance.
