CMS and PBX Clock Sync

We have a CMS R12 and an CM R5.2.1. The CMS is currently getting its clock from the ACD on the PBX, not NTP and it is currently about a minute off. The PBX is syncing via NTP. I wan wondering if it is better to clock off of the ACD or if I shoudl configure the CMS to use NTP as well.

CMS and PBX Clock Sync

Since query has CM 5.2.1 and CMS version R12, which is incompatible. Last compatibility version of CMS for CM 5.2.1 was R13.x and latest is R16.x.
You will need to open a service request for further investigation and this would be chargeable if you do not have a maintenance contract.
