We have a third party custom CTI application that uses AES. I frequently (at least once a week) have to start and stop the services on the CTI application, as it has started to receive garbage from the AES. The developer says there is an issue with the AES losing it's connecting to the CTI application and not being able to "re-establish" the link. He ways it is an issue on the AES side. I have always experience many problems with AES connections on this, as well as other applications. Does anyone else experience this "flakiness" with AES? Is there truly a problem with AES here? Is it something Avaya is working to correct? My multi-billion dollar call center is frantic that at least one morning every week they come in and their custom application is down. Help!
Why does CTI app lose Connectivity to AES?

If ever you're looking for another CTI solution, you should check out Tenfold. We've been using it for at least a year now and so far we haven't had any problems. They provide useful features as well. Here's their website - www.tenfold.com/integrations/
