I have a newly installed AACC version 7.
ACDProxy and TAPIConnector services are bouncing.
CCT is no in use at this site, but I dont want the services bouncing. They shouldn't be bouncing.
I have configured the CCT, thinking that might be the issue. But it isnt.
The server is still pre-production, so I have not configured Call Pilot to work with it so MAS Link Handler is also bouncing. Could this be causing my issue ?
