    Agent Break Time

    Call Presentation Class defined with a 10 second break. When agent performance report is run, agent shows 29 skillset calls and no acd/nacd calls answered but has 32 minutes and 37 seconds of break time. How is that possible? I calculate 290 seconds or 4 minutes and 50 seconds.
