    AIC 7.2.3 / HTTPVox

    Hi, All
    we have an integration of DD 5.1 with ACI 7.2.3 after customer listen IVR nodes we want to transfer him to agents and ~1-2% of calls are failed to transfer.

    in IC manager we see "Error 1: Transfer failed"

    also i didn't find any error in TS logs about failed calls, but find an error in workflow logs about this failed calls

    from my point of view it's look like a bug in software? does anyone faced the same problem?

    Please open a support ticket with the logs (TS, HttpVox, Workflow ) & detail issue scenario for further investigation. This is not a bug , but more of a configuration issue.
