    Problems with Salesforce seeing Aux/Ready events from CM

    Hello,

    I have the Avaya Open CTI connector for Salesforce installed and working. However, for some reason, SF is not seeing aux/ready events from the phone when manually entered either in OneX or directly on the handset.

    Any idea why or where to look?
