AACC - adding CCMS in CCMA

Do any one have a good ide what the problem is, I get the message when adding a new CCMS in CCMA, but there is no way that I can accept this in server Utility.

"The license agreement on the server has not been accepted. Please access the Server Utility to accept the license agreement."

Did you input your license properly?

CoRes - Access the Server Utility to accept the License Agreement

Can you recall what the fix was for this? I've tried renaming the server and downloading a new copy of the License file.

        - All my patches are upto date (AACC v6.2, SP5, RU 6)
        - I can ping both ways from PBX to coRes AACC. Elan is also Active
        - Install went smoothly via Administrators acct (acct not in Admin Approval Mode)
        - Cache service runs fine, no issue searching for a Stby Server (cache_resiliency_1.log)

But my NBNM, OAM and other dependent (on OAM) services have all failed. I only get 12/31 CCMS services to start, though the standard PLICD LM and CCMA start fully.

        Any ideas?
