    Inability to Launch/Spool Historical Report

    Hello All,

    I am having issues launching historical report to spool a report. When I clicked on CCMS in the left pane of the historical report, I got the error message below:

    "Cannot run reports for this server, because license agreement cannot be verified for this server. Please access the Server Utility to accept license agreement" (Screenshot is attached)

    Kindly assist to proffer solution to the error message.

    Try performing a refresh of the CCMS component in CCMA > Configuration > Right Click on the CCMS and choose Refresh.

      Refresh usually does the trick. Now, I've been using a third party solution called Tenfold for managing reports. It's less of a hassle and easy to use at the same time.http://www.tenfold.com
