POM-New sms application not getting updated in POM database table pim_application

Hi,

I am trying to create a new application in EPM 7.1 System Configuration >> Applications. But when I create this application, the POM database table pim_application is not getting updated.

This is happening with any new application I am creating.

Please let me know if I need to run any program or job to update table?
