    COnfiguring CMS on term server for multiple logins

    Hi - We have CMS v14 installed on a windows term server but only 1 person can be logged in at time to CMS. Does each user have to install CMS on their own profile in order for multiple CMS accounts to work?

    If you want to have access based CMS supervisor login and you do not want to install CMS supervisor on each Desktops, then you have to install CMS Supervisor on Citrix Server environment.
    You can follow latest CMS Supervisor R16.2 installation document available on Avaya Support Site explaining about supervisor installation on Citrix environment.
