Verint I360 : V15.1
During deployment of Verint I360 recording (based on multiple registration) onto ~400 IP phones, there are occasional call drop incidents by system (apparently NOT by calling user and called user).
When tracing the CTI log at called IP phone (set with Auto-answer mode), the call drop incident has call offer, call answer and call disconnect (by called extension number) events but all are completed within same 1 second period.
After taking out the Verint I360 recording, no more call drop incidents occurs.
The utilization rate of CM server, IP Medpro, C-LAN and AES utilization are all found normal.
Anyone has similar experience or tips of the possible cause ?
